Our founder, Maya Lorton, is the founder of Big Trip, a boutique agency that turns corporate retreats into unforgettable adventures. With her start in the festival world, show-running Super Bowl events to Miami Music Week and Art Basel, Maya brings her own fresh creativity to the corporate space.

Before launching Big Trip, Maya was sourcing and planning events and retreats with Offsite and TeamOut, mastering the art of group travel, hospitality partnerships, and flawless on-site execution.

Today, she channels that same energy and precision into designing retreats and events that foster connection, celebrate company culture, and feel anything but corporate.
